Cleaning Up After An Accident

If you have a dog, at one point you'll have to deal with occasional accidents.  It happens whether it's health reasons, anxiety, getting excited or you have a new puppy.

Knowing how to clean up after an accident is important for several reasons.  The obvious is for sanitation reasons.  Second, immediate and thorough cleanup will prevent odors from spreading.  If you've ever "missed" cleaning up an accident because you didn't catch it on time, you know what I'm talking about.


The third is one most folks don't think about.  Cleaning up thoroughly will also discourage your dog, especially during the puppy stage, from marking the same spot.
