Thanksgiving Safety For The Fur Kids

Thanksgiving is less than a week away. Family. Friends. Copious amounts of food. Decadent desserts. It's all there. We eat a little too much and flirt with the dessert table a few times around. When all is said and done, we're silently giving thanks for elastic waistband.

A while back, we posted something along the lines of Thanksgiving safety for dogs. With Thanksgiving only days away and this issue being extremely important, we thought we'd throw it out there one more time.

We all want to include the fur babies in our Thanksgiving traditions. Whether it's making Fido a plate and serving it up when everyone eats or occasionally giving bits of food from the table, our beloved pooches get their fill.  There's nothing wrong with that if you're aware of what's safe and what isn't. There are some Thanksgiving foods that are not safe for dogs to ingest.

It's vital we look after our fur kids while enjoying the festivities. Click here for some useful tips on Thanksgiving Safety Tips for Dog Owners.
